The location
My first and last time at this hotel. The room was new, good furniture but with some little problems. But the main problem is the lack of communication. As 4stars hotel I was expecting in my room an iron and an iron board but nothing(I was in Naples for a wedding). I have been asking at the reception and they gave me only a small iron (not good at all) and told me to use the bed for ironing...so I went to to the bride's home for ironing my shirts and clothes, unacceptable. The morning after they wanted to charge me 10euros for the iron..for something useless and they never told me I had to pay for it...its a 4 star hotel. But then they agreed with us and we didn't pay for it. The price list for the drinks in the room was missing as the price of the breakfast...10 euros for a poor breakfast. the service they offer is poor..the worse 4stars hotel I have ever been.

Convenient location being close to the airport and meeting my needs perfectly. I stumbled upon a cute bakery called La Cioccolateria Silva nearby and tried some of their delicious pastries; it was a pleasant find. 🍰

Excellent 24/7 place with good and marvellous location next to sights such as the Archaeological Museum and sightseeing in Naples a good 15 minutes walk from the main train station or from the nearest metro stations up the via Foria. Affable staff and exceptionally comfortable rooms with large bathroom, 2 extra beds plus nice shower. Contemporary atmosphere. Public parking nearby provided. The early check-in. Really great overall experience.

This hotel was situated so close to tourist destinations like spaccanapoli. Free Wi Fi was working perfectly. Capodimonte neighborhood was definitely worth visiting.

The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully renovated, offering a pleasant stay. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and provided friendly service, even assisting with luggage storage. The hotel's double-glazed windows ensured a peaceful night's sleep despite the busy road outside. The room amenities, including a great shower, 42" Plasma TV, and air conditioning, added to the luxury feel. The convenient location, just 10 minutes from the airport and within walking distance of delightful piazzas and restaurants, made exploring the city easy. The staff's willingness to order pizza to the room was a thoughtful touch. a fantastic experience at a top-notch 4-star hotel.

the hotel is quite new, there is a good potential, it only has to be managed right...the reception team was very friendly
maintenance is not done properly, we had 2 rooms, in one of them there was a blockage in the shower, in the other - some shower affixing was broken... for some reason the chambermaid who cleaned our room forgot to put new soap in both rooms luckily the reception team took care of our request for soap and for fixing the shower very quickly. one thing that was very strange is breakfast:it was a buffet served on the top floor of the hotel, it was quite wretched without eggs or vegetables, but what amazed us most was that the lady who served in breakfast didn't really know what her job is... we had to beg for cutlery we had to ask for coffe every morning, she never asked if we need anything, seems like she tried to do nothing but being there,,, this is really not a 4* hotel standard,,,

The hotel has not been opened long so every thing was fresh and new. A free transfer was arranged for us back to the airport which was particularly welcome in a city where you can't be sure how much a taxi driver is going to charge. There is a cafe on the ground floor of the building with a very friendly owner, the beer is a great price too. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast could do with improving, the selection wasn't too bad but it was difficult to get the staff to understand what we wanted.

New very nice hotel in not very clean and safe feeling area of the city.Breakfast not very colourful (not a lot to choose) but on the roof of the hotel (cool). Rooms are very good, TV is huge but if you want to see anything interesting on it, you need to pay. Forget about watching TV or listening radio. Hotel staff is very friendly and willing to help.
